Look across the Valley on a mid-March morning and you’ll see clouds of steam rising from sugarhouses as local sugarmakers boil sap into pure Vermont maple syrup. Locally produced syrup is sold throughout the Valley and many sugarhouses welcome visitors to watch syrup being made. Ever had a dill pickle with fresh maple syrup? Try it!
